Life can get serious, but your playful spirit is still inside you, waiting to be rediscovered. This supportive improv group offers adults a safe, judgment-free space to explore creativity, spontaneity, and joy through fun, guided improv exercises.

Using theater games and storytelling, you’ll:

  • Reconnect with your sense of play and curiosity

  • Reduce stress and build emotional resilience

  • Strengthen social connection and communication skill

  • Embrace spontaneity and self-expression

No acting experience needed, just bring your openness and willingness to play. Whether you want to spark creativity, relieve tension, or simply have fun, this group invites you to tap into your inner child and experience the healing power of play.

Cigna insurance is accepted, and for those out of network, billing can be submitted on your behalf toward possible reimbursement.  Contact us if you would like to use your Cigna insurance for this group.
