Individual Therapy

We support children, adolescents, and adults. Therapy here is creative, relational, and collaborative—utilizing psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed and arts-based methodologies tailored to support your unique needs and goals for change.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes, offered both in-person at our NYC office and virtually for your convenience.

Child Therapy

Play is how children naturally explore their world, express feelings, and build essential life skills. We harness the power of play and the creative arts to help children navigate challenges, build coping skills, and grow emotionally. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your child’s unique sensory, emotional, and developmental needs, always honoring their individuality and strengths.

We value collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators, and other key figures in a child’s life. Together, we create a supportive network that fosters resilience and helps children thrive—at home, at school, and beyond.

Adolescent Therapy

The teenage years are full of exploration, growth, and complexity. We understand the unique challenges adolescents face and offer a warm, nonjudgmental space for teens to navigate identity, personal growth, and social dynamics.

Our therapists engage teens authentically—as individuals worthy of respect and understanding. We invite them to express their feelings, questions, and dreams. We support them in trying different roles until they discover what feels true. We empower teens to work through emotions, decisions, and relationships—including those with family, friends, and themselves. Our goal is to help adolescents build confidence, clarity, and a strong sense of self as they move toward their future.

Adult Therapy
