Sarah Rabinowitz
LCAT-LP (she/her)
Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m dedicated to creating a collaborative space where you can explore, express, and grow at your own pace.
Before becoming a therapist, I performed and taught comedy and theater—experiences that continue to shape how I approach therapy today. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into my work, helping people who feel stuck find new ways to move, connect, and grow.
I’m a creative arts therapist who helps people of all ages build confidence, manage anxiety, and navigate life transitions. I believe that insight and growth often come not just from talking, but from engaging imagination and play. I foster a safe environment in my clinical practice with a supportive and affirmative approach.
I utilize evidence-based practices and always tailor each session to the individual. For some clients, that means thoughtful conversation and reflection; for others, it means creative exploration and artistic expression. Therapy with me is client-led and crafted to fit what works best for you.
I have experience working with neurodiverse clients and with people living with aphasia and other communication differences.
I hold a Master’s in Drama Therapy from New York University and have facilitated creative arts and improv-based therapy in educational, community, and clinical settings. My goal is to create a space that feels both safe and alive, where authenticity, imagination, and humor can lead to meaningful change.
Outside of work, I love dancing, spending time outdoors with my dog, and baking.
