Do you ever feel like you’re not smart enough, talented enough, or that you somehow don’t belong? You’re not alone. Imposter syndrome is one of the most common struggles for college and graduate students.

This 6-week group uses improv-based activities to build confidence, embrace imperfection, and quiet your inner critic. Through fun, low-pressure theater games and collaborative exercises, you’ll learn to:

  • Reframe mistakes as opportunities

  • Apply the “Yes, And…” mindset to challenges

  • Strengthen self-expression and presence

  • Connect with peers in a supportive, judgment-free space

No acting experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and an open mind! Together, we’ll laugh, play, and discover practical tools for showing up boldly in academics, relationships, and life.

Wellfleet student insurance and Cigna insurance are accepted, and for those out of network, billing can be submitted on your behalf toward possible reimbursement.  Contact us if you would like to use your Wellfleet/Cigna insurance for this group.

Our groups are inclusive spaces. Participation is a commitment to welcoming and valuing the unique contributions fellow group members bring in terms of their life experience, age, education, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and beliefs.
