As a mental health professional, you dedicate your energy to supporting others. Now, it’s time to invest in your own well-being. This highly experiential and playful workshop is specially designed to refresh your creativity, enhance your therapeutic skills, and identify creative approaches to increasing client relational skills. Improv skills of spontaneity, co-creation, mindfulness, moment to moment listening and responsiveness, and taking risks to help yourself and others are all essential aspects of a therapeutic relationship and healthy lifestyle. In a nurturing and playful environment, you'll engage in improv exercises that encourage spontaneity, boost self-expression, and foster new perspectives, learning first hand how therapeutic improv can be a valuable tool to help yourself and your clients.

No acting experience is needed—just an open mind and a desire to rejuvenate. Join us to rediscover your passion, enhance your professional toolkit, and experience the transformative power of improv in your own life.
