Improv for Confidence, Creativity, and Connection
Get out of your head and into the moment.
Tired of overthinking every social interaction or feeling paralyzed by perfectionism? This virtual group uses the science of applied improv and drama therapy to help you trade anxiety for spontaneity in a supportive, no-judgment zone.
Is this for me?
If you struggle with social anxiety, a loud inner critic, or feeling stuck in your professional or personal life, this group offers a low-stakes place to practice being brave.
Group Goals:
Quiet the inner critic: Shift from fear of mistakes to creative exploration
Build social confidence: Practice listening, responding, and thinking on your feet
Foster connection: Build genuine rapport with others in a playful, virtual setting.
Boost Resilience: Learn to navigate uncertainty with "Yes, And" thinking.
