Do you ever feel like you’re not smart enough, talented enough, or that you somehow don’t belong? You’re not alone. Imposter syndrome is one of the most common struggles for college and graduate students.
This 6-week group uses improv-based activities to build confidence, embrace imperfection, and quiet your inner critic. Through fun, low-pressure theater games and collaborative exercises, you’ll learn to:
Reframe mistakes as opportunities
Apply the “Yes, And…” mindset to challenges
Strengthen self-expression and presence
Connect with peers in a supportive, judgment-free space
No acting experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and an open mind! Together, we’ll laugh, play, and discover practical tools for showing up boldly in academics, relationships, and life.
Wellfleet student insurance is accepted.
